ACCOMMODATIONS:
The IMACS meeting will be held in Downtown Denver.
The recommended Conference Hotel is Comfort Inn, where a block of 75 rooms, with either 2 double or 1 king size bed, is reserved for conference participants at the discounted group rate of $99 per night. Availability of rooms and the group rate cannot be guaranteed after February 1, 2003, when all remaining unreserved rooms will be released from our group.
Please reserve your lodging as soon as possible as the rooms are available on the first come first served basis.
State and local taxes (13.45%) will be added to the cost of the room. If available, group rates will be given 2 days before and after the conference. Identify yourself with the 2003 IMACS Conference to get group rates. At time of reservation, a credit card number or first night's deposit will be required to hold the room.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 Noon. The hotel will arrange to check baggage for anyone arriving early if rooms are not yet available and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Guests departing early are subject to a charge. Upon arrival each guest will be given the opportunity to adjust the scheduled departure date. Any change in departure after arrival will result in a $50.00 Early Departure Fee. This fee will be waived if the guest provides documentation satisfactory to the Hotel, that the early departure was due to an emergency or certain circumstances out of the guest's control.
Reservations must be canceled by 12-noon Mountain Time on the day prior to arrival in order to avoid one nights charge. However, such cancellation does not eliminate applicable attrition or cancellation charges.
Valet parking is available to all guests. The current cost is $16.00 for 24-hours with in and out privileges.
Complimentary high-speed Internet access is provided in guestrooms. Please request additional info from Comfort Inn.
